A darn good coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. Chiapas is Mexico’s southernmost coffee-growing region, tucked up against the Guatemalan border, and is known for producing some seriously tasty coffees.
This coffee is part of a women-led producer project, with the coffee grown and produced by women from the region. It’s got great structure, loads of sweetness and the classic chocolatey-ness we love from Mexican coffee.
We’ve gone for a bit of an omni roast with this one. Rich and sweet on filter, a pretty tasty espresso, or throw it in the AeroPress with a heavy dose of cold milk and you’re onto a winner.
